Our goal is to allow anyone in the world an opportunity to own an eye-catching and affordable piece of art they can hang on their walls. No matter where you are in the world, there's not much than can stop us getting one of our artworks to you!

All framed and unframed (print-only) artworks are made to order and shipped from Australia to ensure the best possible museum-grade quality. We look over every order to make sure it looks perfect before sending it out, so you have peace of mind.

We use premium couriers to ship our artworks so they're delivered with the utmost care and arrive to you as fast as possible. We'll provide all tracking information after your order has been dispatched so you know exactly when it's coming.

Framed Artworks:

Each one of our framed fine art prints takes approximately 10-14 business days to print, mount, frame and ship. See below for estimated transit times.

All orders are custom-made by hand with premium UV-blocking perspex similar to what you’d find in a museum. This option offers better long-term protection than regular glass and is far less likely to arrive damaged. Check out our FAQs for any additional questions you have on framing.

Print-Only Artworks:

If you’ve opted for a print-only artwork, please allow 2-3 business days for handling before your artwork is shipped out. Estimated shipping times can be found below.

Print-only artworks come rolled in a robust packing tube suitable for international transit. We recommend this option for international customers and anyone who wants to do framing themselves (although our frames are pretty schmick if you change your mind). Check out our FAQs for any additional print questions.

Duties & Taxes:


Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. We're unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer a 30-day refund upon receipt of the package, if you change your mind. The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing tube. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil this criteria and please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost when sending back to us.

Please contact us at info@wilkeld.com before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the email.

Damaged Delivery:

We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure fashion, but if your order for any reason arrives damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help solve the issue.

We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items, but do not offer a full refund for this. If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead or make another arrangement with us.
